Shipping & Handling
Beginning Fall 2008, Fundraiser orders will be charged shipping and handling for Standard Delivery. Standard Delivery is included on all orders mailed within the 48 contiguous states, and your order will arrive within 10-14 business days. Express delivery is also available for an extra charge. Shipping and handling will be charged for orders delivered to APO/FPO addresses as well as to those in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

6 Steps to a Successful Current Catalog Fundraiser!

1. Order Current Fundraiser Catalog Participant Kits
Current Fundraiser Catalog Participant Kits make raising funds a breeze. Each kit includes full-color catalogs, order forms and other time-saving features for your sellers.

2. Select one or more chairpersons for your project
The chairperson runs the show. They are responsible for distributing Current Fundraiser catalogs and other materials, collecting orders and money from sellers, completing the Order Summary, and making sure all products are delivered to the sellers. If you’re fundraising for a school, you’ll find it easier to designate a chairperson for each classroom.

3. Choose a payment plan
When you place your order, you may pay with a credit card, personal or organizational check, or a money order. We also accept purchase orders from school organizations. If you have ordered from Current Fundraiser in the past 12 months, you may choose our billing option — a FREE service for fundraisers. You will be billed with your final shipment, and payment is due upon receipt.

4. Set a time frame for your sale
We suggest three weeks or less.

5. Distribute catalogs and begin selling!

  1. Give each seller one Current Fundraiser catalog, one order form, and one seller’s collection envelope. Each order form has space for the seller to record up to 6 customer orders. Call the Fundraiser Assistance Center toll free at 1-877-665-4481 for additional order forms.

  2. Remind sellers to turn in the white and pink copies of the order forms to the chairperson(s) by the deadline date. The seller should keep the yellow copies. White copies are returned to Current Fundraiser with the Order Summary.

  3. Tally your orders. The chairperson(s) should verify that sellers have correctly tallied their orders at the bottom of each order form. Then, total the number of items and the dollar amounts from all order forms and complete the Order Summary. Your Merchandise Total must be at least $100.00 to participate. Keep the pink copies of all order forms. Attach the white copies to the Order Summary and enclose in the envelope provided. Remember, the seller keeps the yellow copy. It provides a record of your customers and the products they ordered. Sellers will need these to distribute and deliver the products!

6. Receive and distribute your order
Current Fundraiser makes it so easy! We presort your order by individual seller, mark each bag with the seller’s name, and ship the order to you. When the orders arrive, just hand out the bags! Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
About the Current Fundraiser Catalog Program

Is there a minimum required to place a catalog order?
In order to participate, your Merchandise Total must be $100.00 or more. Remember, half of that is your profit!

How much do Participant Kits cost?
Participant Kits cost $5.00 each. Each Kit includes Current Fundraiser catalogs and supplies for 15 sellers. Kit costs will be credited when you place your order with us.

Can our organization raise funds with the Catalog Program and Cookie Mix and/or Online Program at the same time?
Yes, your organization can use any of our three programs at the same time. The only requirements are that you must meet the minimum $100 order amount for the Catalog Program, and the 96 unit/tub order for Cookie Mix Program. Orders for each program must be placed separately and will be shipped separately.

When should our sellers collect the money from their customers?
Money may be collected from your customers either up front or when the customer’s orders are delivered. You may increase sales if you allow extra time and let your customers pay when their orders arrive. Or, if you like, you can ask for the money up front. Then you’ll be sure you can collect on all sales, and your group will enjoy profits sooner.

To whom should our customers make their check payable?
Ask your customers to make checks payable to your organization. That way you have your profits up front and you only need to send us 50% of your sales. Plus, if your organization is an authorized nonprofit, 50% of your customer’s payment is tax deductible.

What if our customers make the check payable to Current Fundraiser?
We will accept these checks as payment on your order, but we prefer to receive only one check from your organization. If you do send us multiple checks, it is helpful to include a calculator tape showing the total of the checks sent with your order.

Do we send in all the money collected and then wait for a profit check?
No, if you collect the money due up front, you will also have your profit up front. You only need to send us 50% of your total sales, not the entire amount!

Does our organization qualify for free billing?
If your organization has ordered from Current Fundraiser in the past 12 months, you may choose our billing option—a FREE service for fundraisers. You will be billed with your final shipment, and payment is due upon receipt. Free billing is subject to credit approval, and you may be contacted by a Credit Representative. Please be sure to include your daytime and evening phone numbers on the Order Summary so that we can contact you to verify information.

What is the purpose of the Order Summary Sheet that needs to be returned with my order?
The Order Summary sheet helps us to process your order quickly and accurately. This sheet is included in the Participant Kit. Please fill out the Order Summary completely and return it with your order. If you are missing the Order Summary, please call our Fundraiser Assistance Center toll free at 877-665-4481 and we will fax or mail you one.

Do we need to return the extra catalogs and supplies that we did not use?
No, it is not necessary to return these items. Pass them on to a friend or other organization that is interested in fundraising. We’ll be happy to send them more supplies to complete their fundraiser.
