Are there different products online than in the fundraiser catalog?
All the products in our fundraiser catalog are also offered online, plus periodically we have special offers just for our Internet customers. Remind your supporters to check our site often and remember that online fundraising can be done year round!

Can our organization raise funds with the Online Program and Catalog and/or Cookie Mix Program at the same time?
Yes, your organization can use any of our three programs at the same time. The only requirements are that you must meet the minimum $100 order amount for the Catalog Program, and the 96 unit/tub order for Cookie Mix Program. Orders for each program must be placed separately and will be shipped separately.

Can my supporters purchase cookie mix online?
Not all cookie mixes featured in our Cookie Mix brochure are sold online; only a few select flavors in smaller tub sizes are listed on our website.

How and when do we get our profit checks?
We’ll mail you a profit check in January, April, July, and October for the previous quarter. Checks are made payable to the organization name registered on the site. You can check your sales at any time by calling our Fundraiser Assistance Center toll free at 1-877-665-4481.

What are “participant codes” and how are they used?
Participant codes are an optional feature that you can use to keep track of each seller’s online sales. Simply assign each seller a unique code of your choice and keep a record of the codes. Sellers should write their participant codes on the postcards and e-mails sent to family and friends. When your supporters choose your organization online, they can enter the participant code listed on the postcard.

What is the delivery time for orders placed online?
Normal delivery time is 10 — 14 business days for online orders. We have selected Parcel Direct as our primary delivery service, but we may use a different service depending on the destination of the package. Orders mailed to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or to any APO/FPO address are sent Priority Mail through the U.S Postal Service and may take a little longer.

Do customers who order online pay tax on their orders?
If a customer’s online order is mailed anywhere within the state of Colorado, the customer must pay the appropriate state sales tax. Orders shipped anywhere else are NOT charged tax.

What form of payment is accepted for online purchases?
A credit card is needed for online purchases. Current USA, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

When will the customer’s credit card be charged?
The customer’s credit card is charged when merchandise is shipped. The customer will only be charged for the products sent. Backordered items will not be charged until the product is shipped, and no shipping fee will be charged for shipment of backordered items.
